Cafe Seolhwa is YUM
I believe this is Strawberry flavored (haha!). It's my first time to taste this bowl of happiness from Korea. It's like the "Ice Kacang" of Malaysia/Singapore, only with more toppings and much more delicious flavor. I was still on Atkins Diet, but what the heck, it's the holiday season for goodness sake and saying NO to this heavenly food is like insulting the spirit of Christmas (haha, excuses!)
Anyway, so sharing a bit of my experience, it was really really tasty. Yummy. Uhmm, Very Yummy haha! I'm not a big fan of cold desserts but I enjoyed this one very much. It's called Bingsu.
Patbingsu is a Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings such as chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and Azuki beans. The snack is highly popular in Korea. This snack originally began as ice shavings with red bean paste. Wikipedia
We had this dessert at Solenad 2, Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. We haven't gone to Sta. Rosa for months and it really was surprising how beautiful the place is now. More shops and more restaurants to dine in, plus the cool breeze of province helps relax stressed guests coming in to the place. The restaurant that offered this wonderful dessert is Cafe Seolhwa. Mind you, it was freezing outside and we got colds but we still managed to have a cold dessert despite of it. Anyway, we totally enjoyed it, no regrets! :)
Price ranges from PHP 190 to PHP 400. They have single serving size and for sharing size, which I personally recommend to order the latter as sharing is enjoying. :P
They have other food options such as Pastries, Cold and Hot Beverages and Yogurt Shakes.
I enjoyed it as much as my family did, especially my son. :)

It's a must try and if you're a big fan of cold dessert and haven't tried Bingsu yet,
